Aircraft landing gear is another essential flight safety part that we finish. This vital helicopter part involves many processes to meet customer requirements. This process begins with thoroughly cleaning the components using a solvent degreaser to ensure maximum adhesion of topcoat. Our staff then masks off areas defined in the blueprint and is then thoroughly inspected by our quality control team. We then prime and paint the gear components in accordance with customer specifications. Critical visual inspections, along with precision adhesion and thickness testing, ensure the part is free of F.O.D. and ready for delivery.
